"Do I get wet?"

YES!!! We actually get this question a lot! You will start, end , and spend a lot of time in the water while learning and enjoying this!

A Few Things To Consider When Coming To Fly:

There are few frequently asked questions people have when scheduling a flight experience with us. We can answer any and all questions not listed with a quick email or call !!

Also we do ask a few things when scheduling your flight experience so that we can provide the ultimate experience for you and everyone else!

02

Is there a weight requirement/limit?

There is actually no "exact" limit or requirement when it comes to weight. However, we recommend people between 100 and 300 pounds. The only reason for this is to maximize your experience...if you're a little over or under...give us a shout!...We will be glad to talk about it and see if we can make it happen for you!

03

Do I need to know how to swim?

The answer is no! Actually we have had a lot of people that do not know how to swim and do amazing! you will be propelled by the flybpoard itself and will be wearing coast gaurd approved life jacket to keep you afloat!

How hard is it?

The question is harder to answer than flyboarding itself!  Most people in relatively good physical shape can do this with ease in the matter of a few minutes. Some people get up and are flying around on their first try!

Is this safe?

We get a lot of this from concerned and cautious people and parents.  Flyboarding is extremely safe! Our staff is trained to keep a close eye on you and help you every step of the way! We will only fly you as high as you are comfortable and safe and willing to go.  We keep you away from boat traffic and make sure to minimize any chance of you being hurt. Most crashes do not feel any worse than jumping into the water!  We can usually spot you struggling and are in control and able to set you down nice and easy!

Just a couple things we ask/recommend:

1.  Please let us know as far in advance if you are unable to make your reservation.  Too often people just dont show. In order for us to keep our prices low, we need to keep our schedule running smoothly. Please look at our **cancellation policy** for details on "no shows."

2.  Please be on time!...We actually recommend being 15 to 20 minutes early so we can get you signed up, gear fitted, and walk you through it all prior to putting you in the water.  We try to budget about 45 minutes or so per person.  If we have someone booked just after you, you may lose some of your flight time in order to keep our other reservations running smoothly unfortunatly.  We do apologize but its not fair to everyone else...so please think ahead about traffic and/or directions!

3.  We recommend that you have some shorts or bottom with a drawstring for males and females!...We have seen a lot of butts!!

4.  We absolutely WILL NOT fly you if you are intoxicated in any way.  Please do not try it...

**Cancellation Policy**

If you do not give us 24 hours notice prior to your reservation, we will consider you and your party a "no show"

In the event of a "no show" your deposit or voucher will not be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have to cover our time and could have had another cutomer during that timeslot.
